Hello,

Just a bit of an update before the meme. I have returned from wonderful Japan and am only slightly thrilled to be back. I've done some amazing things in Japan, learned a lot and made a lot of friends. A bittersweet return has left me hungry for more and I've decided to definitely return to either teach English for a year or to go back to the same program I was in once more.

A few notes, having returned and seen that the scanner is working, expect some new artwork within the next couple of days. As well, I have ordered my first and only BJD. He will be arriving near the end of this month/ beginning of next month. So expect some pictures of him when he arrives. (I'm going to be making clothes for him in the time being so he won't be photographed in the nude xD.)

Other than that, hopefully I can get back into an art mode and post up new and more completed work in the next couple of weeks.

◆When did you start drawing?
I can't remember but I've been drawing for as long as I can remember.

◆Which hand do you use for drawing?
Right.

◆Which is easier to draw - male or female?
Girls. They just seem easier to pull off than males for reason.

◆Which is easier to draw - long hair or short hair?
I tend to draw long hair most times or like shoulder-length hair?

◆Is it easier to draw the head facing towards the right or the left?
Facing towards the left.

◆Is it easier to draw the side view of the face or the front view?
Side view! Symmetry kills on the front and I can never get both eyes the same -_-;. 3/4 perspective is the best I think.

◆What do you have problems in drawing?
Full body, movement, perspective, hands, males.

◆What do you like to draw?
Pretty girls. I'd love to draw a pretty guy though at least once.

◆Are you a traditional artist or a digital artist?
Traditional because its more convenient for the most part. Also gets me through some really boring Biology lectures.

◆Where do you start drawing from?
The head. I still do the round ball and then fill in the hair then eyes then rest.

◆What is your drawing habit that you are aware of?
I draw when I'm emotional, bored, inspired.

◆Any tips for coloring/shading?
Don't shade until you're 100% satisfied with it. I've never been able to recover a shaded picture that I tried to change something on -_-;.

◆How long does it take to finish a piece of art?
Usually a day or two? Not 24 hours but on and off.

◆What music do you listen to while you draw?
Whatever suits my mood or picture I'm thinking of.

◆How long does it take you to come up with an idea?
Umm..I never come up with one? Either I'm just doodling during a boring class and something comes out of it, or something hits me and I sit down to draw. I can never sit and think of ideas .

◆Your favorite drawing utensils?
Pencil, pen, hand and headphones.

◆Your favorite color/the color that you use a lot?
black, pink, green and brown. (Recently, likely since I only have copics in those colours xD)

◆Your favorite style(s)?
I suppose I don't particularly have one I follow? I can't really follow people's styles so I just try to work on pieces in a style that fits the picture.

◆What kind of artist are you aiming for?
A better one that can draw males and females with awesome clothes.
